His adventure begins in the city of Tainan, where he meets inspiring people who have dedicated their lives to preserving their family legacies and heritage. From meeting a young man, who has kept a classic snack alive, to sharing his passion for food with Yu Ciao, who is selling his grandma's Taiwanese sticky rice. Joining Yu Tsai on his explorations is Taiwanese TV host and actress, Jackie Lee. Together, they visit a fifth generation pastry shop to see how they keep their family business alive and sit down for a tasty snack at a new age tea house to experience a modern twist on a traditional family business.
